About this role
Promera is a leading provider of critical environment management solutions for mission-critical environments, including data centers, cleanrooms, and life sciences facilities. For over 45 years, we have helped protect the performance and reliability of some of the worlds most demanding spaces. Our customers include leading general contractors, hyperscale cloud providers, colocation facilities, and enterprises that rely on safe, compliant, and expertly maintained environments. Promeras certified management systems demonstrate our commitment to service excellence, environmental responsibility, and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will support regional operations while helping establish and grow Promeras presence in the Boston area. You will deliver high-quality field services, coordinate local activities as demand develops, support team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
This is a hands-on territory-building role designed to evolve as the Boston market grows. Initially, you will work primarily as a field technician, delivering services onsite, learning Promeras operating standards, and establishing credibility with customers. As the territory develops, you will progressively assume responsibility for coordinating local operations, developing technicians, strengthening customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping build a sustainable Boston-area operation.
The role will develop in phases based on territory growth, customer demand, and demonstrated performance. Early priorities will focus on safe, high-quality field execution and customer service. The next phase will expand into scheduling, local resource coordination, customer follow-up, and technician development. Longer term, the successful candidate will help lead the Boston territory, support revenue growth, and build the local team and operating infrastructure.
