Outbound Shipping Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION

Shipping Clerk Responsibilities:

- Manage and   C oordinate Daily Route Manifest Log .
- Verify Receiving and Shipping Windows are met- communicate concerns to supervisor
- Updates Hot Parts Board when   expedited   parts arrive.
- Manage   the Dock and Yard Inven tory Trailer movements to support   production a nd supermarket   lines of   replenishment.
- Manage Trailer Tracking Sheet.
- Manage and   maintain   accurate   paperwork to support part inventory of trailers in yard.
- Maintains records of seat shipping system (BOS requirements)
- Coordinate any   logistics   to and from outside warehouse/s.
- Manage the input of incoming receipts on a regular timely basis.
- Diligently   maintains   records of packing slips
- Maintains records of returnable containers
- M aintain system for accurately tracking Truckload Utilization. (TUMS)
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Maintain all CTPAT requirements (Trainable)
- Must have   up -to-date forklift license.
- Ensures   compliance   with   all   safety   procedures   and   ensures   safe   working   procedures   in   assigned   production   areas.
- Maintain all B OS requirements for shipping,   receiving , and transportation management

Must be computer literate and familiar with   appropriate software   programs.    Candidate has the ability to create visual aids for communication purposes.

Pay Range: $50-55k
