About this role
POSITION OBJECTIVE
- Responsible for supplying tool crib parts to requesitors, re-order parts and inventory control. Lead a team of technicians e nsuring the discipline and measure to achieve the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction targets.
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:
- Supervise and schedule activities of the Tool Crib Technicians
- Enforce all BRP policies and administer disciplinary action when required.
- Responsible for the quality, cost effectiveness, inventory and budget performance of the department.
- Prioritize Tool crib work orders according to production requirements and needs.
- Responsible for the parts availability in tool crib.
- Optimization of inventories, order, and distribution parts.
- Hold regular safety meetings and provide safety training as needed to assure a safe working environment.
- Develop programs for Tool crib technicians.
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the department manager.
- Create and follow KPI departmental oriented in continuous improvement.
- Follow BRP values and behaviors.
- Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
- Enforce Quality BRP policy.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Supervision and activities scheduling
- Indirect purchasing or logistic experience
- SAP knowledge
- H&S knowledge
- Prioritization of orders according to needs
- Inventory optimization
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor: Engineering, Business Administration or similar, with 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
