About this role

POSITION OBJECTIVE

- We are seeking a SAP TM Analyst with proven expertise in SAP within SAP S/4HANA environments. This role requires a professional who not only has deep functional and technical knowledge but can also understand, align, and integrate logistics business processes across multiple business units.The ideal candidate will have a good track record with S/4HANA implementation projects and delivering integrated solutions across a large, complex SAP ecosystem

ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:

- Analyze logistics transportation requirements and convert them into SAP EWM solutions.
- Provide hands-on support for SAP  eWM modules, including incident resolution, system enhancements, and projects
- Knowledge of SAP integration points with SD, MM, and TM
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless integration across the SAP ecosystems
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on technological orientation
- Provide expert-level support for incidents, enhancements, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to SAP governance, best practices, and solution architecture discussions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both IT leadership and business stakeholders.
- Promote an agile culture of servant leadership, collaboration and accountability
- Follow BRP values and behaviors

- Enforce Quality BRP policy

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- 8+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience in TM
- Experience in large-scale and international S/4HANA implementation projects, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in Transportation Management to support, design, and optimize SAP TM solutions across end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations, including key integration points with EWM,  MM, SD, and FI/CO (freight costing, invoicing, and settlement)
- Strong familiarity with SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L)—including carrier collaboration, freight tendering, and track-and-trace capabilities—is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to bridge business requirements with SAP system design and configuration
- Experience in global/multi-business unit environments with complex, integrated SAP landscapes.
- Excellent skills in solution design, problem-solving, and process optimization.
- Experience working with third-party integrations with SAP
- Experience in scaled agile environment (e.g SAFe, LeSS) is nice to have
- Comfortable operating in a multi-time zone environment and participating in escalations for critical incidents

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor: University degree or equivalent by experience
