## Job Summary



To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Director, Operations .The Process Engineer will be based in Guadalajara North Campus. Will be responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization.

What a typical day looks like:

- PCBA and Mechanical assembly process control and improvement;
- New product introduction and ramp up, and material issue handling;
- Customer and internal communication;
- Evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability;
- Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters;
- Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements;
- Evaluate and select various engineered materials;
- Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products;
- Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities;
- Develop manufacturing documents and review processing methods;
- Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer;
- Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.

Experience we are looking to add to our team:

- Full engineer experience in electronic industry (Process engineering).
- Bachelor or above degree.
- Experience in PCBA and mechanical assembly.
- Intermediate - Advanced English communication.
- good at report editing capability.
- Have good communication skill with OEM customer.
- Familiar with FMEA, DOE, SPC application knowledge.
- Can use statistic method to analysis.
