What You will Do:

· Team Leadership:

o Lead, support, and motivate a team to achieve individual and organizational goals

o Assign responsibilities and establish clear priorities, timelines, and expectations

o Monitor team performance, workload, productivity

o Encourage collaboration, accountability, and a positive team culture

o Identify training and development opportunities for team members

o Address team challenges and escalate issues when appropriate

· Project Leadership:

o Lead projects from planning and initiation through execution, delivery, and closure

o Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

o Coordinate resources to ensure projects remain on schedule and within agreed requirements

o Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement corrective actions

o Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders

o Maintain project documentation, status reports, and action plans

o Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements

o Manage competing priorities and adjust plans as project needs evolve

· Stakeholder and Communication Management:

o Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

o Communicate project status, risks, issues, and decisions clearly and consistently

o Build strong working relationships across teams and departments

o Coordinate with leadership to align project objectives with organizational priorities

o Manage expectations and ensure timely resolution of questions and concerns

· Process Improvements:

· Identify opportunities to improve team workflows, processes, and project delivery

· Develop and implement best practices to increase efficiency and quality

· Monitor key performance indicators and use data to support decision-making

· Promote continuous improvement and accountability across the team

How You Will Get Here:

· 3+ years experience of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated leadership or project management experience

- Supply Chain experience is preferred

· Experience leading teams, projects, and cross-functional skills

· Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Ability to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Pay Range: $65,000 -$67,000

Work Requirements:

We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Windsor Locks, CT and is considered hybrid with 2 days required on-site per month.

- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Citizenship requirement:

· Due to the nature of this role, proof of US Citizenship is required upon hire.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required
