Graduate Trainee - ICT

- Provide first level support to users on systems and infrastructure.
- Assist Systems Analyst in performing maintenance on existing business systems/applications.
- Design customized reports for various in-house applications.
- Design and develop new application systems as per approved specifications using Cloud and On-Premise Technologies.
- Conduct user acceptance testing.
- Assist with ICT Audit Requirements.
- Assist Systems Analyst in project management and documentation tasks.
- Prepare User Manuals and conduct user trainings on new and existing systems.
- Carry out system installation and user configuration.
- Actively update the content management system for the organization.
- General assistance in ICT section and perform any other related tasks as directed by Manager ICT.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computing Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
- Practical exposure gained through academic projects, internships, industrial attachments, volunteer work, or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
