Purpose
As an NPE Portfolio Analysis Specialist, you are responsible for conducting analyses on the development of figures for the non-performing exposures (Wholesale and Retail) in Greece and abroad.

What you will be doing
- Conduct analysis of non-performing loan portfolios, including assessing loan performance, identifying trends, and evaluating risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to assess the performance of external servicers based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies for improvement where necessary
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) with external servicers to ensure that agreed-upon performance standards are met
- Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and assessment of the budget for servicing and legal fees in coordination with the NPE Portfolio Analysis Manager
- Monitor the performance of securitized portfolios and recommend remedial actions as necessary to optimize portfolio performance
- Report and maintains on performance of securitized portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely submission to stakeholders
What you need to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business, Economics or related field
- Master’s degree in analytics, financial management, economics, operational research or MBA (desired)
- 5 years of experience in a financial institution / credit management services companies
