About this role

Role Purpose

To provide administrative and coordination support to the Learning & Development function, ensuring the effective scheduling, delivery, tracking, and reporting of learning activities across Innovo.

- Maintain the training calendar and coordinate scheduled learning programmes.

- Support training invitations, attendance, and completion records.

- Coordinate training schedules, venues, meeting rooms, virtual sessions, materials, equipment, and catering requirements.

- Liaise with facilitators, employees, internal stakeholders, and external training providers.

- Ensure training materials and resources are prepared and available before each session.

- Administer learning activities within SAP SuccessFactors Learning or other approved learning platforms.

- Create and update enrolments, attendance, and completion records.

- Ensure learning records and system data are accurate and up to date.

- Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, certificates, evaluations, and supporting documentation.

- Track completion of mandatory and compliance-related training and follow up on outstanding requirements.

- Support internal and external audits by maintaining and providing required training records and evidence.

Key Accountabilities

- Maintain L&D reports, trackers, databases, and dashboards.

- Support the preparation of management reports and presentations.

- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee learning data.

- Support purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups related to learning activities.

- Coordinate post-training feedback and evaluation surveys.

- Maintain evaluation results and support reporting on learner feedback

- Support follow-up actions arising from training evaluations.

- Maintain effective communication with participants before and after learning programmes.

- Provide professional and responsive support to employees throughout their learning experience .

- Adhere to Quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance.

- Ensure strict adherence of HSE policies and procedures set. Report HSE incidents/violations etc. to superiors on time

- Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.

- 0-2 years of experience in learning and development, coordination or related administrative role .

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
