📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze business problems and needs to drive product evolution.
- Daily collaboration with Development team to be aligned on the requirements and technical solutions.
- Define and describe functional and non-functional requirements to drive product evaluation.
- Create and maintain Confluence documentation, Jira Epics and Stories.
- Manage Product and Sprint Backlog. Maintain requirements in case of any change requests and during all phases of SDLC.
- Conduct and manage Sprint Demo meetings.
📌 Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a BA or Product Owner.
- We are looking for a BA who is an expert in BE & FE requirements, familiar with multi-actor requirements specification (administrator, end-user, etc.), and understands the purpose and structure of relational and non-relational databases.
📌 Hard Skills
- Requirements elicitation.
- Requirements documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, UML and BPMN diagrams, wireframes and prototypes modeling, UI elements specification).
- Backlog prioritization based on business needs.
- Requirements CRUD operations.
- AI tools experience (everything that could be automated must be automated).
