About this role
In this role you will assist the team in the preparation, review and reconciliation of VSA and SCA financial settlements. You will maintain service data, long‑term schedules and allocation tables, monitor schedule compliance and work closely with NetEx to coordinate corrective measures.
- Enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Maritime Studies, or related field) with availability of approximately 12 months
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and familiarity with data management tools
- Good command of English (written and spoken); German is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of shipping industry terminology (VSA, SCA) is advantageous
- Good communication skills for interaction with operators and NetEx
