About this role
We are seeking **two Senior Test & Verification Consultants** to join a newly established cross-functional test team within Surface Automation
Tasks
**Role 1: System Testing & Verification**
* Develop and execute test cases based on requirements
* Review requirements for clarity and testability
* Perform verification across integration, system, and fleet testing levels
* Support quality assurance in complex system environments
**Role 2: Test Strategy & Quality Development**
* Define and improve test strategy and test coverage
* Identify test gaps, quality risks, and improvement opportunities
* Develop methods, processes, and structures for long-term quality assurance
* Drive visibility and analysis of test coverage across products and systems
Requirements
* Strong experience in software testing and verification
* Background working with complex systems and multi-level testing
* Experience in test design, execution, documentation, and quality assurance
* Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively
**Nice to Have**
* Test automation experience
* Knowledge of system-of-systems environments
* Experience with change management
