About this role
As a Operations Specialist at Tesla, you will manage the day-to-day registrations that support vehicle sales, delivery, and financial processes across both new and used cars. You will play a key part in your delivery hubs readiness and compliance of registrations supporting internal processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Complete the daily registration to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor and record registration metrics to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
- Handle the processing of government incentives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all incentive-related activities.
- Provide support for onsite delivery operations, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Support and resolve any onsite issues or challenges that may arise.
- Conduct daily compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Report and address any compliance issues or discrepancies identified during checks.
- Track and manage data related to various operational activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update information systems to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain a strong rapport with your Central and Delivery teams, collaborating effectively to ensure a seamless registration process.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Tesla’s products and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays.
- Passion for Tesla’s mission and customer experience.
- Valid driving licence for Ireland which needs to be held for at least two years.
