## About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Commercial Digital Platforms team, supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of a portfolio of business-critical digital products and services.

As a Business Analyst here at Kerry, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, UX specialists and software engineers to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into actionable outcomes for delivery teams. This role support’s the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to testing, deployment and business adoption.

As Kerry continues to expand its use of Artificial Intelligence, the successful candidate will help identify opportunities to streamline business processes through AI-powered capabilities including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents and workflow automation solutions. The role will also partner with software engineering teams that leverage agentic development tools and AI-assisted coding practices to accelerate delivery and improve product quality.

Here at Kerry, we operate a hybrid working model of 3 days in the Naas office and 2 days working remotely.

## Key responsibilities

- Gather, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with Product Owners to shape, refine and prioritise product backlogs aligned to business value and strategic objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate feature shaping, requirements refinement and readiness reviews to ensure delivery teams have sufficient detail to commence development.
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and functional requirements.
- Own requirements through the full lifecycle from discovery through implementation and release, ensuring traceability from business objective to delivered solution.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation and digital transformation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage and business sign-off activities.
- Operate across a portfolio of digital products, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Assist with change management, stakeholder communications and solution adoption.
- Collaborate with AI-enabled delivery teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into high-quality digital solutions.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Copilot, Copilot Agents and automation technologies to improve business efficiency and user experience.

Experience

- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Digital Analyst, Systems Analyst, Process Analyst or similar role.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Supporting software, digital, process improvement or transformation initiatives.
- Experience creating process documentation, user stories or functional requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable

- Exposure in Agile delivery environments.
- Experience working with Salesforce, SAP or similar enterprise platforms.
- Proficiency in supporting customer-facing digital products, workflow tools or business applications.
- Experience identifying opportunities for automation, AI adoption or process optimisation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.

Desirable

- Agile, Scrum or Product Owner certification.
- Lean Six Sigma qualification.
- AI, Automation or Digital Transformation related certifications.
