## About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented  Finance Business Partner to support the financial performance and strategic execution of Kerry's GBS Americas organization. This role acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving financial planning, performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and business decision support across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial and accounting expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills, influencing leaders across the organization and translating complex financial data into meaningful business insights.

## Key responsibilities

- Partner with GBS Americas leadership to support strategic planning, business priorities, and financial performance.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost center management across multiple functions.
- Monitor and govern key financial KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Track actual results against budget and forecast, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Support interpretation of financial information, legislation, policies, and reporting requirements.
- Influence day-to-day business decisions by providing forward-looking financial analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Service Line Leaders and functional stakeholders to improve financial performance and productivity.
- Simplify and communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance audiences, enabling informed decision making.
- Promote a culture of Continuous Excellence and process optimization across GBS functions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, governance requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Lead consistent ways of working across the GBS Finance organization while fostering a One Finance Team mindset.
- Develop strong partnerships with Controllers and Finance teams across Kerry, leveraging best practices and shared learnings.
- Support business case development, performance reviews, and strategic planning initiatives.

## Qualifications and skills

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of progressive experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, Business Partnering, or related areas.
- Strong accounting and financial analysis background.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and cost centers.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights for executive audiences.

Preferred

- Previous experience within a Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, or Global Capability Center environment.
- Experience supporting multifunctional organizations and global stakeholders.
- Exposure to leadership or team management responsibilities.
- Knowledge of SAP and ERP systems.
- Experience with financial planning and performance management tools.
