About this role

Responsibilities:

100% completion rate of third-party electrical and mechanical certification

- Equipment design review and compliance with internal machinery standards, Ergonomic test

- Prepare complete documents for mechanical & electrical third-party certification.

- Coordinate auditors and arrange on-site inspection.

- Timely rectify non-conformities found during audit.

- Track whole certification progress to ensure on-time completion.

- Verify equipment complies with relevant safety standards.

Timely electrical troubleshooting

- Diagnose and resolve on-site electrical faults promptly.

- Troubleshoot PLC and control system abnormalities.

- Minimize downtime caused by electrical failures.

- Record fault causes and handling results regularly.

100% online synchronization rate between on-site production data and MES system

- Ensure real-time data is uploaded between production lines and MES.

- Maintain normal connection of on-site data acquisition devices.

- Fix data synchronization exceptions in a timely manner.

Localization equipment on time delivery and comply with CE

- Manage localization equipment delivery to meet schedule.

- Ensure equipment design and fabrication comply with CE requirements.

- Rectify non-conformities for CE compliance before delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or related disciplines.
• Familiar with international machinery safety standards, CE directives and local industry regulations.
• Proficient in technical documentation writing, including operation & maintenance manuals.
• Have basic knowledge of special equipment manufacturing compliance requirements.

• Working experience in electrification process engineering of automated production lines.
• Experience in equipment FAT/SAT acceptance, third-party certification and CE compliance work.
• Participated in deployment and operation maintenance of MES and digital manufacturing systems.
• Engaged in on-site electrical troubleshooting and PLC fault diagnosis for production equipment.
• Experience in parameter debugging of intelligent tightening system and automation controllers.

• Capable of electrical scheme review and equipment electrification process optimization.
• Skilled in PLC principle understanding, fault analysis and routine troubleshooting.
• Able to coordinate third-party audit, complete mechanical & electrical certification and rectify non-conformities.
• Proficient in ensuring data synchronization between on-site equipment and MES system.
• Competent in software management of controllers, HMI and related supporting software.
• Good ability to sort out technical documents, BOM and process standard files.
