The role of CAE Simulation Engineer is based in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic.

Responsibilities:

- Perform CAE simulations and analysis with a focus on thermal and CFD simulations

- Create and evaluate computer simulations using 3D models to support product development

- Analyze thermal behavior, heat transfer, and airflow within product designs

- Prepare technical reports and present simulation results to internal development and manufacturing teams

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and collect inputs needed for simulation analyses

- Participate in design reviews and provide technical feedback based on simulation results

- Support the development and improvement of internal CAE methods, processes, and tools

- Work with Siemens FloEFD and other CAE simulation tools used for thermal and CFD analysis

- Contribute to research and development activities and continuously improve simulation methodologies

- Cooperate with international teams across the company

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field

- Previous experience with CAE simulations, CFD, thermal simulations, or a similar area

- Experience with computer simulations and working with 3D models

- Knowledge of thermal analysis, heat transfer, fluid flow, or CFD

- Experience with Siemens FloEFD is an advantage, but not a requirement

- Experience with other CAE simulation tools is welcome

- Experience in the automotive or lighting industry is an advantage, but not a requirement

- Knowledge of Python is a strong advantage

- Interest or experience in AI and digital simulation tools is an advantage

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to learn new methods, tools, and technologies

- Proactive approach, curiosity, and interest in research and development

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional and international team

- Fluent English for daily communication with international teams

- Czech or Slovak language is required

- Previous team management experience is not required
