Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide professional manicure and pedicure services.

- Perform nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application, gel services, and other nail treatments as qualified and licensed.

- Consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with state regulations and spa standards.

- Properly sanitize and disinfect tools and equipment between guests.

- Maintain knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, products, and services.

- Provide a warm, professional, and personalized guest experience.

- Maintain accurate service records and follow spa policies and procedures.

- Recommend appropriate retail products and additional services when beneficial to the guest.

- Work collaboratively with other spa and salon team members.

- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.

- Assist with maintaining overall cleanliness and presentation of the nail and spa areas.

Qualifications

- Current state Nail Technician/Cosmetology license in good standing.

- Previous experience in a salon, spa, resort, or similar environment preferred.

- Strong knowledge of sanitation and infection-control procedures.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Ability to work independently while being a team player.

- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

- Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

- Gel polish and advanced nail services.

- Nail art and current nail trends.

- Experience working in a luxury spa or resort environment.

- Retail and service recommendations.

- Ability to create a calm, relaxing guest experience.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
