About the Position

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the end-to-end procurement process by assisting with the purchase of materials and services, ensuring purchase orders are accurate in pricing, freight, and delivery timelines, and maintaining strong vendor communication to support on-time fulfillment. This role partners closely with Quality Assurance, Logistics, Manufacturing, and other internal teams to ensure all purchased goods and services meet quality standards and align with operational needs. The coordinator also plays a key role in supply chain planning, data management, and process improvement, continuously evaluating workflows to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and support cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in purchasing materials and services while ensuring accuracy of pricing, freight, and delivery details on all purchase orders

- Coordinate with vendors to confirm order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely fulfillment

- Partner with Operations and Sales Teams to verify all purchased parts and services meet required quality standards

- Collaborate with Logistics, Operations, and internal stakeholders to support integrated supply chain planning and execution

- Maintain accurate data entry and management within supply chain systems to support reporting and operational visibility

- Apply inventory management, supply chain planning, and project coordination skills to support daily operations

- Evaluate supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that reduce waste and improve productivity

- Support development of cost-effective sourcing strategies while maintaining high quality and service standards

- Process and maintain purchase orders and intersite transfers in ERP and planning systems, ensuring accurate and timely administrative processing

Qualifications

- 2 - 5 years’ experience in previous supply chain support role

- Strong level of confidence and ability to work independently and drive processes

- Must be dependable and reliable; with consistent follow-through on assigned responsibilities and tasks

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Exceptional customer service and visitor interaction capabilities; both verbal and written
