The opportunity
Ensure that Microsoft-enabled transformations are anchored in sector priorities, quantified business outcomes and credible value-realization plans.
What you will be doing
Value discovery & executive engagement
- Frame client challenges in terms of growth, efficiency, customer experience, resilience, risk, compliance and workforce outcomes.
- Lead value-discovery sessions with business executives and connect strategic priorities to cloud, data and AI opportunities.
- Bring sector insight, benchmark questions and business-process perspectives into opportunity shaping.
- Develop clear executive narratives that explain why change is required, what value is possible and how it can be realized.
Business case & benefits realization
- Build investment cases incorporating costs, benefits, risks, scenarios, dependencies and realization timing.
- Develop ROI, TCO and value-driver models with transparent assumptions and sensitivity analysis.
- Define outcomes, KPIs, benefit owners, measurement baselines and governance mechanisms.
- Support portfolio prioritization and sequencing based on strategic fit, value, feasibility and risk.
Pursuits & transformation advisory
- Lead executive summaries, value propositions and commercial narratives for proposals and RFP responses.
- Work with industry, functional and technology teams to design integrated transformation approaches.
- Support program mobilization, value offices, steering committees and benefits reviews during delivery.
What we need from you
- 8+ years in management consulting, strategy, transformation, corporate finance, performance improvement or industry advisory.
- Strong experience in business cases, financial modeling, benefits realization, operating models and executive communication.
- Credible industry knowledge in at least one priority sector.
- Ability to understand technology-enabled transformation without being limited to a single product or platform.
- Excellent storylining, workshop facilitation and C-suite stakeholder skills.
Preferred qualifications
- MBA, finance qualification or relevant postgraduate degree is desirable.
- Experience in technology strategy, digital transformation or cloud economics is preferred.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel modeling capability; fluent English.
