Senior Corporate Strategy Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Support definition and execution of Euroclear’s Corporate Strategy agenda in close collaboration with senior Euroclear management.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to advise strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of strategic projects.
- Major Projects Management: Set-up and run major projects based on ExCo mandates connected to strategy, capital markets and related topics.
- Strategic Planning: Support the strategic planning and investor communication process (in close cooperation with Finance and other relevant stakeholders).

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification preferred.
- Proven track record of 7 to 10 years in corporate strategy or strategic consulting (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman) , preferably within a financial services focus.
- A background in a leading strategy consultancy is highly valued, ideally with prior experience in roles broadly comparable to Senior Associate, Junior Manager, or Manager.
- Experience in developing business strategies and action plans.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and industry trends is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external collaborators, senior executives, and board members.
