Duties of a Commercial Cleaning Technician:
Assist with facility closing Perform thorough vacuuming of carpeted areas, rugs, and entrance mats across assigned facilities. Wipe down, dust, and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, fixtures, and high-touch areas. Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and common spaces to maintain strict hygiene standards. Maintain a dependable attendance record to ensure client sites receive consistent service. Other duties as required.

Qualifications of a Commercial Cleaning Technician:
Prior cleaning or custodial experience preferred, though not required; full training provided. Strong reliability and an excellent track record of punctuality and attendance. Commitment to long-term employment with a dependable schedule. Willingness and ability to complete a comprehensive background check and drug screening prior to employment. Ability to handle physical active duty, including standing, bending, reaching, and routine movement throughout the shift..
