As part of its growth, ARROW BSC is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Team Leader inside sales (German speaker) ,
What you will be doing at ARROW:
- Provide clear direction and guidance to team members,
- Identify and address team member training needs,
- Facilitate open and effective communication within the team,
- Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to challenges,
- Allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes,
- Report regularly on team progress and key performance indicators.

- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to motivate and engage team members,
