Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</div> Responsibilities <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bring AI to life through demos, workshops, prototypes and hands-on experiences with Copilot and Agents.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Understand customer challenges and help turn business needs into practical AI solutions.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Build and experiment with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agents and business applications.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support technical discovery, solution design and proof-of-concepts with customers.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Learn how security, data, governance and responsible AI come together in real-world solutions.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with Solution Engineers, sellers, Customer Success and partners to help customers move from idea to adoption.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Keep learning and experimenting as AI technology evolves.</li></ul> Qualifications Required Qualifications <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent early-career experience.<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">0–2 years of professional experience in program management, customer-facing operations, technology delivery, or analytics.</li></ul></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Legally authorised to work in the location where this role is based - Sweden (Legally authorised = you hold citizenship or have been granted a valid visa or work permit.) </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong written and verbal communication in English plus the language(s) required for the assigned hub, Danish.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:This is a role where we expect your responsibility to grow with your capability.We are looking for potential and curiosity, not someone who already knows everything.<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">A technical foundation from education, an internship, student job, first job or your own projects.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Genuine interest in AI, Agents and new technology.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Curiosity and willingness to experiment, build and learn.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to explain technical ideas in a simple and engaging way.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Enjoy working with people and solving problems together.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">A growth mindset and the confidence to ask questions when you do not know the answer.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience with Microsoft technology, AI, development or business applications is a plus, but not a requirement.</li></ul>Most importantly: You are excited about AI and want to build a career helping customers turn what is possible into what is real. Solution Engineering IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across Denmark is kr 444,700.00 - kr 667,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
