We work with customers to help them achieve their business priorities and guide them in their Cloud & AI transformation journey. We also support customers in evaluating their applications and business requirements, recommend solutions that meet their requirements, and demonstrate these solutions to win technical decisions. </p><p>We’re looking for a Cloud Solution Architect to help customers migrate, modernize and secure their infrastructure, applications, and data on Microsoft Azure, laying the foundation for scalable, production-ready AI solutions. As part of the Cloud & AI Infrastructure team, you’ll deliver engagements focused on migration, modernization, operational excellence and resilient architecture using frameworks like Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF). You’ll work closely with customer IT leaders to design and implement scalable solutions, resolve blockers, and accelerate adoption of Azure services through repeatable IP and delivery excellence. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. </p><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><ul><li>Build trusted relationships with customer IT and technical decision makers to understand modernization priorities, remove blockers, and serve as the Voice of the Customer with Microsoft engineering and product teams.</li><li>Lead architecture design sessions for secure, scalable, resilient modernization solutions across applications, databases, and infrastructure, using Microsoft best practices such as CAF, WAF, landing zones, and resiliency guidance.</li><li>Contribute to end-to-end technical delivery results by partnering with Customer Success Account Managerers and account teams to ensure consumption plans, customer success plans, and committed milestones are technically sound and aligned to customer priorities.</li><li>Drive modernization and AI Readiness initiatives across app modernization, database modernization, infrastructure, SAP, hybrid, and agents scenarios, including committed proof-of-concept, pilot, and production milestones.</li><li>Help customers improve workload health, resiliency, sovereignty, security, capacity, and performance so mission-critical environments are ready for production-scale AI and long-term Azure growth.</li><li>Use agents, repeatable IP, templates, and frameworks in delivery; contribute learnings and improvements that help scale repeatable modernization outcomes across Factory and Unified engagements.</li><li>Identify and resolve technical blockers, support delivery oversight, and escalate risks across key Factory and Unified modernization engagements to accelerate go-live and improve customer outcomes.</li><li>Identify next-best workload opportunities from each engagement and partner with account teams to generate incremental pipeline aligned to Frontier Accelerate, Factory, Unified, Frontier and Core Conversation related priorities.</li><li>Maintain technical intensity through continuous skilling and certifications in priority workloads including app modernization, database modernization, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, AKS, App Service, Azure Container Apps, hybrid infrastructure, Defender for Cloud, GitHub Copilot, Azure Copilot, and modernization agents.</li><li>Engage in technical communities, share modernization best practices, contribute to knowledge reuse, and support IP development that accelerates secure, resilient, AI-ready customer transformation.</li></ul><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><p>Required/Minimum qualifications:</p><p>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field experience in application modernization, database modernization, security, resiliency, and AI-ready platform technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting</p><ul><li style="list-style-type: none;"><ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>OR equivalent experience</li></ul></li></ul><p>Fluent in Norwegian language and English languages</p><p>Preferred qualifications:</p><div><div>Experience designing and implementing cloud infrastructure and modernization solutions on Microsoft Azure, including migration of applications, databases, and hybrid workloads, supported by relevant industry certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300), or equivalent cloud certifications</div></div><p> </p> <br><br><p>Cloud Solution Architecture IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Norway is kr 798,000.00 - kr 1,470,000.00 per year.
