AM shift available
We are looking for a number of Van Drivers to support our operations based out of our Motherwell Regional Service Centre.
Base salary of £13.35-£13.66 per hour. We also pay weekly overtime at x1.5 over 45 hours and you will be part of our Van Driver bonus scheme.
What you’ll take on
You’ll be a part of our critical distribution operation
- Transporting stock to our Next retail stores in Scotland.
- Adopt a ‘Safety First’ mindset where nothing is placed over the safety of yourself, the public or your colleagues.
- Responsible for checking your vehicle daily and ensuring it is kept clean and tidy
- AM shifts operate on a 5 days out of 7 which includes weekends. The shift starts between 06:00 and 08:45, totaling 35 hours per week. The shifts are between 8-10 hours long.
What you’ll bring
- Good team ethic and customer service skills
- Accountability and responsibility for your vehicle and the van load
- Maximum of 6 points on license
- Computer literate
Successful applicants will receive 2 days of training from a Driver Development Coach (DDC) and will be aligned to a Manager to provide any additional support required outside of their training alongside any support provided by the DDC.
