Listed within this posting is the anticipated salary range for this position, plus variable incentive compensation. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary and will be dependent on several factors that include, but are not limited to, your business experience, education, and individual capacity. THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Sr. Configuration Analyst adds or modifies system functionality to meet business requirements within a Software as a Service (SaaS) application. The role works independently as part of an agile development team and provides solutions for high-priority business critical features.

LOCATION:

Hybrid (Bel Air, MD office location)

WHAT YOULL DO:

- Configure low-code or no-code applications to complete work assignments to meet business requirements

- Work directly with business analysts and business partners to identify and implement solutions

- Estimate, plan and implement maintainable and efficient solutions for multiple assigned tasks within target dates

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex configuration issues in a timely manner

- Document and communicate updates clearly and comprehensively to stakeholders

- Work effectively with QA analysts to ensure thorough testing and validation of configurations

- Work with release management to ensure a smooth elevation of configuration solutions to production

- Participate in requirements gathering and sprint planning sessions

- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

WHAT YOULL BRING:

- Bachelor of Science Degree (Computer Science or related technical degree preferred) or equivalent practical experience

- 5 -7 years of configuration experience; 3+ years of Insurance experience preferred

- Previous experience with Sapiens Policy Pro is highly preferred

- Experience working with P&C insurance compliance data (ISO) a plus

- Practical experience applying computer science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, conditional logic, and troubleshooting complex systems; developing software experience preferred

- Ability to query and understand the structures of relational databases is required (SQL Server, Oracle)
