As a Closing Kitchen Team Member, you’ll be part of the team responsible for preparing the food our guests love—quickly, accurately, and with an uncompromising commitment to quality.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy eenvironment where teamwork matters, the standards are high, and there’s always something happening. From preparing fresh food to keeping the kitchen running smoothly through closing, you’ll play an important role in making the entire restaurant successful.

What You’ll Do

Be the Heart of the Operation
• Prepare and cook food safely, quickly, and accurately.
• Work as a team to deliver fresh, high-quality food to every guest.
• Learn and master every kitchen position.
• Keep up with new products, promotions, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen throughout the shift.
• Communicate with your teammates and respond quickly to the needs of the operation.

Own the Close
• Deep clean and sanitize kitchen stations.
• Safely shut down and clean equipment.
• Restock and prepare the kitchen for the next day.
• Make sure the restaurant is ready for a successful opening the following morning.
• Follow all food safety, operational, and company standards.

Keep Growing
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Build skills in teamwork, communication, time management, and leadership.
• Take initiative and look for ways to make the team and operation better.
• Learn from experienced leaders and grow into new opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings energy to the room and takes pride in doing things the right way.
The ideal candidate is:
• 18+, with availability to work evenings and closing shifts.
• Someone who has 1+ year of Kitchen expereince. 
• Someone looking to build valuable experience while working in a high-performing team environment.
• Energetic, dependable, and ready to stay busy.
• A positive teammate who genuinely enjoys working with others.
• Motivated to learn and willing to take on new challenges.
• Detail-oriented and observant.
• Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
• Responsive to the needs of the team.
