Job Title: Document Control Associate Job Description
The Document Control Associate is responsible for organizing, controlling, and maintaining all corporate controlled documents related to quality assurance, manufacturing, and ancillary departments. This role ensures the quality, safety, and efficacy of products manufactured and distributed by the company.
Responsibilities
- Organize, control, and maintain corporate controlled documents.
- Conduct final reviews of documents, ensuring proper approvals and accuracy.
- Release documents for training, assign effective dates, and promote documents from draft to final version.
- Create master files, electronic files, and archive files for all controlled documents.
- Prioritize multiple document tasks according to business needs with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain records in a neat, organized, logical method.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and established protocols.
- Type a minimum of 55 correct words per minute.
- Work in a team environment, participate in team meetings, and exhibit a positive work attitude.
- Collaborate closely with users to ensure timely and compliant document release.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
