About this role

Essential Functions of the Job:

- Requires active participation in safety, cost management, process improvement, plant scheduling and production flows.

- Plan and execute Paper Machine Scheduled Annual Shut Down work

- Plan and execute periodic (10-14 hour) scheduled Paper Machine Shut Down work- Coordinator/ Scheduler

- Plan the Daily, weekly and monthly Activities for the Maintenance Group

- Manage Paper Machine Rolls & Roll repairs- Annual Repair and Maintenance cost

- Works closely with Peers to ensure work is being accomplished in a quality manner

- Helps establish goals and objectives to align with company roadmap

- Effectively manage available resources (i.e. parts availability for planned work) on daily basis through efficient planning and scheduling activities

- Utilize maintenance metrics to achieve annual production and reliability goals as defined

- Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis process. - To improve Mill overall reliability

- Coordinate weekly planning meetings to ensure operations personnel are knowledgeable of upcoming maintenance activities, verify schedule and priority of work

- Promote an integrated work environment between mechanical and electrical craftspeople

- Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Additional Requirements: Must have strong skills in project planning and maintenance scheduling.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience in scheduling/planning facility maintenance activities in an industrial environment.
