The Opportunity
As a Digital Manufacturing Manager (Digital Automation, MES, Digital Twin), you will specialize in enhancing product development and manufacturing processes. You will work closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
In this role, you will be part of our Operations Consulting team, specializing within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice. You will provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, contributing to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading the analysis of product development lifecycles to identify bottlenecks and enhance speed to market
- Developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness in manufacturing processes
- Implementing lean manufacturing principles to reduce costs and improve product quality
- Utilizing digital technologies to streamline processes and drive business performance
- Coaching team members to leverage their unique strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations
- Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Encouraging the development of skills outside comfort zones and mentoring others effectively
- Addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
