The Opportunity
As an Oracle EPM Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management practice. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on business application consulting, where your contributions will help clients optimize their financial planning and analysis processes using Oracle EPM technologies.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.
In this role, you will support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks to develop your skills. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. This position offers a chance to deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, all while contributing to the broader objectives of your projects.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the implementation and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions
- Collaborating with clients to understand their financial planning and analysis needs
- Developing and maintaining financial models and reports using Oracle EPM tools
- Participating in the creation of budgets and forecasts to support client financial objectives
- Conducting strategic data analysis to identify trends and insights for performance improvement
- Supporting the integration of enterprise systems to enhance data flow and accuracy
- Engaging in process root cause analysis to identify and address operational inefficiencies
- Utilizing performance management software to track and report on key performance indicators
- Contributing to the development of business rules and optimization models for client projects
- Assisting in the preparation of performance assessments and profitability management reports
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management tools
- Utilizing strategic data analysis for financial planning and forecasting
- Engaging in business rules development and cost management
- Applying AI-human collaboration in digital tooling environments
- Conducting process root cause analysis for operational performance management
- Excelling in creating budgets and managing key performance indicators (KPIs)

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
