Lone Star Paving is a paving contractor operating in the Central Texas region with paving crews, HMA, aggregate, trucking, milling, and quality control. Our operations complete heavy highway and civil projects throughout Texas. The Operations Administrator will support the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Cintas, all areas, support the employees, work with the driver to handle outstanding issues. Submit/terminate orders.
- Reconcile Cintas invoices weekly
- Assist with any employee requests from payroll and HR or other departments
- Backup on phones
- Assist with ordering lunch/office snacks, keeping the kitchen/office area organized
- Support the managers at the location
- Other special projects
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience
- Associate's Degree or equivalent training completed
- Must be organized with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Must be positive, friendly and professional.
- Ability to work well with others in a group or one-on-one setting.
- Must demonstrate professional communication in reaching out to employees and managers for needed documents.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as they arise.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize various tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
- Able to perform duties independently.
- Promote a team approach and maintain dialogue with all employees to exchange information and gather ideas.
- Collaborate with any project teams on other special initiatives, as required.

Working Conditions
- Work will be performed in an office setting.
- Full time, hourly. May require availability for overtime hours, nights and weekends as needed.
- Must comply with the company's drug and alcohol testing requirements.
- Requires periodic participation and attendance at company events and meetings.
