Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor

SCHEDULE:
This is a 7-day operation requiring dedicated leadership across all three shifts. Please indicate your shift preference when applying:
Shift 1 (Days): 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Shift 2 (Afternoons): 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Shift 3 (Overnight): 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Work Schedule Expectation: A minimum of 40 hours per week during the temporary phase, scaling to 45–50 hours per week once transitioned to a permanent role.
Note: Initial training and onboarding will likely take place at our client's McKinney or Fort Worth facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, coach, and actively engage picking and warehouse teams to consistently meet or exceed performance targets through data-driven feedback and performance management.
Performance Tracking: Utilize real-time performance data and dashboards to quickly identify operational bottlenecks, coach teams, recognize top performers, and drive measurable improvements.
Operations Management: Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, including the coordination of inbound/outbound loads, accuracy verification, documentation, and timely processing.
Communication: Maintain high communication standards with associates, peers, and upper management to ensure alignment across shifts.
Safety & Discipline: Ensure safety compliance, inventory accuracy, and strict operational discipline across the floor.
