Position Summary
Our client is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Production Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse, supplying raw materials and packaging to the production floor, receiving finished goods and work-in-progress (WIP) materials, and executing inventory transactions within our ERP system. This position also operates on the manufacturing floor to assist as a material handler/mixer and support general production needs.
Mandatory Requirements
Valid Driver’s License: MUST possess a valid, active driver’s license ( Non-negotiable ).
Forklift Experience: Proven hands-on experience operating a forklift safely in a warehouse/manufacturing environment is required.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Material Movement & Staging: Stage and supply raw materials, WIP, and packaging to manufacturing lines daily and on demand. Move finished goods from production to warehouse storage.
Forklift & Inventory Operations: Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move, store, and retrieve materials.
ERP System & Scanning: Use RF barcode scanners and ERP software to log inventory movements, receiving, and storage transactions accurately.
Receiving & Shipping Support: Receive incoming raw materials/products, verify shipments, and book freight trucks via designated online booking portals for pickups and sub-contractor deliveries.
Production Assistance: Assist on the manufacturing floor as a material handler or mixer, supporting shift foremen and production operators as needed.
Facility Maintenance & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times, adhering strictly to company safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
Active, valid driver’s license (Required).
Direct forklift operation experience in a warehouse or production setting (Required).
Prior experience using handheld barcode scanners and ERP systems for inventory tracking.
Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with warehouse managers, foremen, and production staff.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $26.00
