2nd Shift MHE/Forklift (DC7)

Now Hiring: Warehouse Equipment Operators (Reach Truck / Stand-Up Forklift / Walkie Rider)

We are seeking dependable equipment operators to drive accurate, efficient order fulfillment and material handling across our distribution center. In this role, you will operate power equipment to transport, select, verify, stage, label, and prepare inventory for outbound shipment while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Qualifications

Equipment Experience: Prior hands-on experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift, Reach Truck, or Walkie-Rider is required.

Physical Capability: Ability to execute repetitive case picking and manual lifting up to 35 lbs consistently throughout a full shift.

Screening: Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Education & Tech (Preferred): High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; prior exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, or Voice picking software is a plus.

Work Ethic: Strong commitment to workplace safety, team collaboration, operational quality, and output targets.

Shift Options: 1st and 2nd Shifts Available

Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 / hour

Workplace & Physical Demands

Environment: Spends approximately 99% of work hours directly on the fast-paced warehouse floor.

Shift Expectations: Must be open to moderate overtime and periodic weekend shifts, occasionally assigned on short notice.

Movement & Dexterity: Requires regular sitting, typing, and repetitive wrist motion; occasional standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, and kneeling.

Sensory Skills: Strong visual acuity (close range, distance, and depth perception) and effective verbal/written communication skills.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
