About this role
As a Project Manager within the Service Projects and Standards team, you will be responsible for taking on complex business challenges and setting targets that align with the strategic vision for Tesla. You will drive a specific project that aims to improve customer experience, optimize internal systems and streamline internal processes. You will work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders and will be in daily communication with EMEA Market Leaders and local Operations leads.
You put the customer first and are able to focus on the big picture, whilst being able to address the daily operational challenges. - Serve as the key point of contact for multiple cross-department business teams; including field service teams
- Support with the development of the project roadmap. Define, develop and own process/framework/policy initiatives and focus on continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the service field teams to identify, simplify and resolve (system/process/policy) feedback & issues related to your project. Translate operational and system requirements to the right (central) stakeholders for follow-up
- Clearly track and document the adoption/improvements of your project initiatives
- Develop a process to track adoption of standards and processes and analyze key performance indicators Provide strategic insights and conclusions based on your analysis resulting in operational efficiencies, cost reductions and revenue opportunities. Ensure to raise risks and issues to your manager in a timely manner
- Strive for an efficient work environment while continuously improving processes, tools and training for your peers as well as our field Service
- Few years of experience, ideally in business/operations functions or equivalent – any experience in Service Field teams is beneficial
- Excellent project management and analytical skills. Ability to establish structure in a complex environment. Ability to understand and communicate needs to all levels/types of stakeholders; including technical terms to drive alignment of strategic goals
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- Creative, innovative responsibilities requiring advanced decision-making skills
- Proactive in identifying problems & opportunities for improvement
- Team orientated, comfortable managing across-function assignment/projects
