About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process shipments across Quantinuum facilities, ensuring accurate documentation, proper packaging, and on-time delivery.
- Support continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma initiatives focused on improving customer service, reducing transportation costs, and eliminating process inefficiencies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for logistics inquiries, including carrier service failures, customs delays, lost or damaged shipments, and potential trade disruptions.
- Research, assign, document, and maintain product classifications, including HTS codes, Schedule B numbers, ECCNs, and countries of origin, in coordination with suppliers and internal subject-matter experts.
- Ensure shipments comply with applicable DOT, IATA, hazardous materials, U.S. Customs, export control, and carrier requirements.
- Prepare and review commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping labels, bills of lading, certificates of origin, AES/EEI filings, and other required import and export documentation.
- Track shipments from origin through final delivery, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and follow up on delayed, damaged, or missing shipments until resolution.
- Build dashboards and reports for tariffs and duties spend, freight expenses by carrier, on-time delivery, shipment volume, customs delays, claims, and other logistics KPIs.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics and transportation in new development high-tech manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductors, or related industries.
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

- Experience with international carriers, off-site warehouses, 3PL’s, freight forwarders and customs brokers

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience maintaining accurate and audit-ready shipping, customs, and trade compliance records
- Working knowledge of coordinating International Shipments and supporting Import/Export processes
- Proven track record evaluating trade-offs for transportation quotes, transit time, service level, and Incoterms

Compensation & Benefits:
The pay range for this role is $71,000 – $95,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
