Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sourcing Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sourcing to develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines for production, warehouse, fulfillment, quality, maintenance, technical, administrative, and professional positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies while ensuring candidates receive a professional, positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sourcing Job Responsibilities: Source qualified active and passive candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, schools, workforce organizations, and recruiting events Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume, recurring, and hard-to-fill positions across manufacturing, production, warehouse, fulfillment, quality, maintenance, and related functions Conduct targeted candidate research, outbound calls, application reviews, and initial phone or virtual pre-screens Engage candidates by providing accurate information about positions, schedules, work environment, compensation, benefits, and company expectations Maintain timely candidate communication and coordinate qualified candidates with recruiters for next steps Monitor sourcing activity and identify effective channels and strategies for attracting qualified talent Develop relationships with workforce organizations, technical schools, community colleges, veteran organizations, and other talent partners Participate in job fairs, hiring events, open interviews, community outreach, and recruitment marketing Maintain accurate candidate records, screening results, sourcing activity, and dispositions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Track and report on candidate pipelines, source effectiveness, and recruiting activity Follow established recruiting processes, company policies, confidentiality requirements, equal employment opportunity standards, and applicable employment laws
Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sourcing Job Requirements & Working Conditions: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or a related HR function Proven experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting channels Experience recruiting within a manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or distribution environment preferred Experience with high-volume or hourly recruiting preferred Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing databases, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Microsoft Office Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, time management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Must be able to work in an office setting within a manufacturing facility and occasionally enter production areas requiring proper PPE
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $60,000.00 - $70,000.00
