Job Description The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to support end-to-end hiring activities and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role serves as an integral partner in managing recruiting operations, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring teams, including arranging travel logistics for visiting candidates when needed.
- Update candidate records and job postings in applicant tracking and recruiting systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Confirm new hires in the recruiting systems and support the onboarding process from a coordination standpoint.
- Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email, maintaining a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Track recruiting activities and compile candidate status updates into a weekly report for recruiters and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings, including organizing schedules and preparing debrief materials for hiring teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and enhance scheduling efficiency across the recruiting process.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities as needed to support the broader talent acquisition team.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar coordination role.
- Experience using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support reporting, documentation, and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting coordination, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent acquisition processes.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
