Part Time Box Office Support Staff

Reporting to the Box Office Coordinator of the Stocker Arts Center, Box Office Support Staff will sell tickets for events both over the phone and in person, accurately record sales, collect payments, complete reports and maintain databases, as needed, with strong emphasis on quality customer service.

Required Qualifications: High school degree or GED required. Honesty is the first and foremost requirement. Must be organized, detail oriented, and be excellent with money and money handling. Must possess excellent computer skills and be able to learn required computer programs. Must possess outstanding customer service skills. Must be able to provide event information to patrons for Stocker and rental events for which tickets are on sale through the box office. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule which includes day, evening and weekend hours.
