Senior Influencer Marketing Executive (Beauty)

Requirements
4+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related areas.
Previous experience executing influencer campaigns, preferably within the Beauty, Skincare, Lifestyle, or Consumer Goods categories.
Advanced English proficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and influencer campaign management tools.
Experience in creator scouting, negotiation, campaign execution, content validation, and performance tracking.
Experience managing multiple creators and campaign deliverables simultaneously.
Knowledge of influencer agreements, content usage rights, exclusivity terms, and campaign guidelines.
Experience using CRM platforms and spreadsheets such as Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with analytics and influencer management tools such as TikTok Creator Center, HypeAuditor, or similar platforms.
Ability to interpret campaign metrics, including reach, impressions, engagement, views, sales, conversion rates, and return on investment.
Experience communicating with clients, creators, talent managers, and internal teams.

Activities
Execute Influencer Marketing and TikTok Shop campaigns from creator scouting and negotiation through operational follow-up and results reporting.
Identify and evaluate creators according to the audience, content category, campaign objectives, and profiles defined by the senior team.
Contact, negotiate with, and manage between 20 and 30 active creators during each campaign phase.
Coordinate fees, deliverables, publication dates, usage rights, exclusivity terms, and required documentation.
Develop and adapt campaign briefs according to client guidelines and platform requirements.
Request campaign materials, review content, and validate that each deliverable complies with the approved brief.
Coordinate feedback and content adjustments between creators, clients, and internal teams.
Monitor campaign timelines and ensure that creators meet the agreed publication dates.
Track sales and content performance by creator and identify opportunities for optimization.
Coordinate adjustments to advertisements, content formats, or publication schedules when required.
Maintain updated records of creator information, negotiations, contracts, deliverables, and campaign results.
Prepare campaign reports, performance analyses, and presentations for clients and TikTok.
Participate in client meetings and provide updates on campaign progress, results, and operational challenges.
Coordinate with Creative, Paid Media, Account Management, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure the correct execution of campaigns.
Identify operational risks or delays and follow up until they are resolved.
Maintain strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer agencies.
Stay informed about TikTok Shop updates, platform trends, creator formats, and best practices within the Beauty category.
