Accountabilities: Efficiently and effectively assist with the satisfactory completion and administration of the following items in order to meet the needs of both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to those responsibilities and essential job functions associated with roles in assembly, molding, shipping, receiving, and new product development.
- Meet and maintain daily production rates & goals as established and required by the company.
- Evaluate and monitor an efficient movement of production to meet area requirements.
- Schedule, and monitor the production, following company instructions.
- Complete, all required cell activities and documentation for assigned work cell as requested by supervisor.
- Follow processes dictated by the standard work instructions.
- Address all quality and safety concerns via the appropriate channel for an assigned cell.
- Conducts Inspections of own and /or other associates' work to ensure correctness in accordance with company and /or customer drawing.
- Attend all required training.
- Train all production staff.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Complete re-work and repair activities as needed and as requested by the Supervisor.
- Demonstrate an understanding of equipment functionality within the scope of responsibility.
- Demonstrate an ability to trouble shoot equipment within the scope of responsibility.
- Report any production abnormalities as they arise within cells under the assigned scope of responsibility.
- Keep supervisor informed of cell activity including but not limited to information related to quality, parts supply, and safety issues that may occur within the scope of responsibility.
- Assure the work environment is clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards (5S).
- Participate in all required continuous improvement activities as requested or required by the company.
- Utilize Lean concepts and provided tool tools to improve the production process.
- Assure the work environment is clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Actively participate in all department projects, tasks, and objectives including but not limited to continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards as well as absolute personal and intellectual integrity, mature judgment, and innate cooperative nature.
- Other activities as needed.

This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
