Job Requirements
We are looking to fill a Package Material Handler position at Four Seasons Family of Companies. As a Package Material Handler, you are responsible for inspecting packaged fresh produce for quality, appearance, and accurate labeling while ensuring products meet company standards. This role builds and transports pallets of boxed produce using stackers of pacers while ensuring on time, accurate deliveries.
THE BASICS:
· Pay: $17.00 hour
· Schedule: 6am to 4:30pm 4 days a week with a 3-week rotation
· Location: Ephrata, PA
WHAT YOU DO:
· Inspect packaged produce for quality, appearance and proper labeling
· Create pallets of produce and transport using a stacker or pacer
· Move product and supplies within the packaging department
· Support business goals of on-time and accurate deliveries
WHAT YOU BRING:
· Experience with operating and maintaining packing equipment (preferred)
· Ability to lift 65 lbs. safely
· Strong organizational skills
· Basic math skills
· Attention to detail with regards to quality, appearance and labeling
