Key Responsibilities

- Perform basic set-up, calibration, and testing of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
- Assist in developing test specifications from outlined written requirements, procedures, blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
- Complete rework on assemblies or systems as a result of testing.
- Prepare technical reports documenting test activities and results.
- Assist with the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment as assigned.
- Read, understand, and follow written test procedures.
- Review test procedures and support basic failure analysis.
- Perform routine assignments requiring limited judgment and escalate issues outside established procedures.
- Work effectively within a team environment and follow detailed work instructions.

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Typically less than one year of related experience.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and implement test procedures from written documentation.
- Ability to use basic test equipment and precision tooling safely and accurately.
- Strong attention to analytical work, dependability, quality, technical skills, and workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous electronics, server, manufacturing, testing, or rework experience.
- Experience reading blueprints, drawings, diagrams, or technical procedures.

Work Environment and Physical Expectations

- Ability to lift 25 pounds consistently.
- Ability to stand for a full shift.
- Ability to work with precision tooling in small spaces.
