As Clariant's IT Engineer you will play a key role in keeping our technology running seamlessly across all local sites. You'll be the go-to expert for business units — resolving challenges, minimizing disruptions, and contributing to global and regional IT projects that make a real impact on our operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT infrastructure and application support across all local sites
- Serve as the first point of contact for business requests, escalations, and IT challenges
- Participate in and contribute to global and regional IT projects
- Maintain and implement the Standard IT Service Framework
- Act as internal IT Consultant/Analyst for new demands and project-related tasks
- Meet ServiceNow KPIs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity
