Ruan is hiring Class A CDL Delivery Drivers in Metairie, Louisiana for a dedicated customer account. This is a home-daily position with consistent nighttime work, weekly pay, and competitive benefits.

Pay

- $72,022.90 average annual earnings

- $0.71 per mile

- Approximately 1,504 miles per week

- $21.37 per stop

- Approximately 15 stops per week

- Paid weekly

Schedule

- Home daily

- Sunday through Friday night schedule

- 6:00 PM start time

- 5–6 days per week depending on vacation and time-off coverage

- Typical shifts are 10–11 hours

- Drivers must occasionally be willing to work from the Baton Rouge location

- Travel to Baton Rouge is paid, including hotel/rental car and per diem when applicable

Equipment & Job Duties

- Operate a 48-foot tractor-trailer

- Operate a 26-foot box truck

- Use rail-gate equipment

- Manual loading and unloading using carts on wheels

- Safely deliver freight to dedicated customer locations

Minimum Qualifications

- Must be at least 22 years old

- Valid Class A CDL in your state of residence

- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years

- No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years

- No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident within the past 3 years

- No reckless driving, careless driving, or speeding 15+ MPH over the limit within the past 5 years

- No DWI, drug conviction, positive drug/alcohol test, or pending related charges within the past 7 years

- No misdemeanors within the past 5 years

- No felonies within the past 10 years

- No violent felonies ever

- Must meet DOT and FMCSA requirements

- Must have or be able to obtain a hazmat endorsement within 30 days if required by the account
