Ruan is hiring Class A CDL Drivers in Phoenix, Arizona to haul palletized water for a dedicated customer account. This is a home-daily, no-touch freight position with consistent work, weekly pay, and multiple shift options.

Pay

- Average $1,300 per week

- Average $66,000 annually

- $0.65 per mile

- $25 per stop

- $20 per hour detention pay after the first hour

- Paid weekly

Schedule

Drivers work a 5-day workweek and average 10–12 hours per day , with 2 consecutive days off each week .

Available shifts include:

- Tuesday through Saturday – 11:00 AM start

- Friday through Tuesday – 5:00 AM start

Equipment & Freight

- Drive a day cab

- Pull dry van trailers

- Haul palletized water

- No-touch freight

- Dedicated customer account

Minimum Qualifications

- Must be at least 22 years old

- Valid Class A CDL

- At least 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years

- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years

- No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years

- Must meet DOT and FMCSA requirements

- Must create a profile with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse before hire

- Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to understand highway signs and safety instructions, respond to official inquiries, communicate with the public, and complete required reports and records
