Auto Body Technician

Fuller Ford is looking for an experienced Automotive Body Technician to join our Collision Center in Cincinnati.

This position is for an experienced technician who can hit the ground running . Were happy to help the right person continue developing their skills, but candidates should already have a strong collision repair background and be comfortable handling repairs independently.

A significant portion of our work involves Transits and Super Duty trucks , so technicians need to be comfortable working on larger vehicles and aluminum repairs .

Schedule & Shop

- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

- Steady workflow

- Significant Transit and Super Duty repair volume

What Youll Do

- Perform high-quality collision and body repairs

- Work regularly on Transits and Super Duty trucks

- Perform repairs on larger aluminum vehicles

- Repair and replace damaged body panels and components

- Perform structural and frame repairs

- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles throughout the repair process

- Complete welding, metal, and aluminum repairs as required

- Work closely with estimators, painters, parts personnel, and other technicians

- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and specifications

- Inspect completed work to ensure repairs meet quality standards

What Were Looking For

- Previous auto body or collision repair experience

- Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures

- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality

- Strong attention to detail

- Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude

- Ability to manage time and stay organized

- Valid driver's license

- I-CAR certifications are a plus
