About this role

The Schedule Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization and plays a key role in supporting end-to-end recruiting activities. This role manages interview logistics, maintains candidate records, and helps build strong candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the organization. The position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with both internal stakeholders and external candidates, can shift priorities quickly, and wants to broaden their experience in a top-tier talent acquisition environment. Responsibilities

- Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring teams to ensure timely and accurate coordination.
- Arrange travel logistics for visiting candidates when needed, ensuring a smooth and professional interview experience.
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems to maintain accurate and current information.
- Confirm new hires in the recruiting systems and support the onboarding process by ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports on candidate status and pipeline progress.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings, including scheduling attendees and preparing debrief materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and increase scheduling efficiency, and share recommendations with the team.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities and projects as needed to support the broader talent acquisition function.

Essential Skills

- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination-focused role.
- Demonstrated experience in office or administrative work, including managing schedules and appointments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling candidate information and scheduling tasks.
- Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition activities.

Work Environment This role is based 100% in the office, and the Recruiting Coordinator is expected to work all 8 hours on-site each workday. The environment is fast-paced and quickly changing, centered around a high-performing recruiting team that relies on collaboration, clear communication, and strong organizational practices. The position involves daily use of standard office technologies, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as recruiting and scheduling systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging their own parking and transportation to and from the office.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
